A Response to the Demon Children

In other news!

Since I last posted a week ago (gasp!), nothing really exciting has happened. Tomorrow mom's heading back to Scottsdale, and I'm going to hang out with Morganne, then go to nana's house for the night, but that'll be it for this week except work. That I know anyone. Never know when something spontaneous will happen.

I've slowly been drawing a picture to post up here, but I'm being so picky and ridiculous about it, I can almost guarantee it'll never get posted. =D Yaaaaay. At least I'm trying.

Videogames have been consuming my life since summer started. :/ It worries mom. She's worried I'm going to go off the deep end cause I'm stuck in the one game I'm close to beating and every time I try to accomplish something, this drunken old fool butchers me. Just butchers me. I don't understand! How can he do this to me?!

Speaking of this videogame, since I've recently decided it's my favorite Sega game (used to be Sonic), I looked up some reviews on it. Most of them expressed satisfactory opinions of the game, but there were a few that made me twitch and want to stab people. I respect the fact everyone may not like the game as much as I do, but come on.

"The game's too realistic" is not a valid reason to call it the worst piece of crap ever to exist. I mean, you just spent an entire review praising it, saying it had good graphics, interesting characters, then you give it a 2 out of 10 because it's too realistic?!

Something else that peeved me is a review that spent 6 out of 7 paragraphs bashing one singular character, then finishing it with "btw, this game ftw." (It didn't actually say that, but that was the basic message of the last paragraph.) Reviews don't work that way! D<

... Yeah. So let this be a lesson to all of you. If you're going to review something, review it properly, and have something good to say whether it's positive or negative.

Chris and Carlos and Barry, oh my!
:iconlufftehevil:
It's kinda a comic about the new rules of the arcade at work...

For example, the managers freak out of if they see someone breathing on one of the new games.

Ahh... So as long as we decide on place and time, we can hang out for many hours of fun!

Precisely!
Ask Morganne.
I call "not it" on deciding.
